Blue Corn Chip Chicken Breast Munchies
Blue Cheese, 4 ounces crumbled
Corn Chips, 1 ½ to 2 cups
Chicken Breasts, 1 cup chopped and cooked
Hot Sauce, to taste
Sprinkle cooked chicken breasts and blue cheese on top of corn chips. Broil for a couple of minutes until cheese slightly melts. Sprinkle with Frank’s or whatever kind of hot sauce you like. This is a quick and savory snack. Try it you’ll like it!
