Shrimp with Lemon Anchovy Sauce

1 pound Shrimp

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

2 cloves minced garlic

½ teaspoon thyme

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons lemon juice

4 whole anchovies, minced

 

Heat olive oil in pan and add minced garlic and cook for a couple of minutes. Add butter, thyme, salt, cayenne pepper, and when the butter is melted add the shrimp. Cook for a couple of minutes on one side, flip them and add anchovies and cook for a couple more minutes. Then add lemon juice and stir shrimp around to mix the sauce.
