Paprika Beef Over Noodles

Meat, vegetables and pasta in one savory pan!


Paprikash Beef Over Noodles


6 tablespoons butter

4 cups  chopped onions

3 cloves minced garlic

3 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2  pounds  beef stew meat

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 cup sour cream

3 cups  boiled noodles


Melt butter in frying pan, or stew pot. Add onions, garlic and beef. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over all and cook for about 15 minutes until beef is browned. Add tomatoes and put a lid over the pot and simmer over low heat for about an hour to an hour and a half, or until beef is very tender. Cook noodles and place in a casserole dish. Stir sour cream into meat and pour over noodles. Bake in oven about 10 minutes, or until sour cream is a little bubbly.
