This is the world’s simplest dessert and quite tasty!
Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup hot milk
Combine egg, cocoa, sugar, butter and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth and add hot milk slowly, blending continuously at high speed. Pour into serving dishes and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Servings: 2 six-ounce servings
